Healthy & Wise Program for Carers
Carer Support Services ‘Healthy & Wise Program’ is aimed at carers aged 55 years or older and involves 5 two hour sessions run over 10 weeks. The program will cover a variety of topics concerning health, wellbeing & the caring role.
